In Lower Moray Place, behind the Regent Theatre is a new public car park and office facility developed by the Dunedin City Council.

Atmos were pleased to win the contract for supplying the extract systems for the car park and the air conditioning and ventilation systems for the offices.

The ventilation systems include plant heat exchangers that recover heat from the general extract systems and use this to preheat the fresh air.

The air conditioning systems are state of the art high efficiency heat pumps.

All systems are controlled by an electronic building management system (BMS) for optimum efficiencies.

This is a much needed facility in the centre of town and we were proud to be involved in its successful completion.
